This home owner wished to create a small balcony bedroom up above her loft style condo. A modern, industrial style "floating staircase" was custom built with plumbing pipes and industrial wire as hand rails. This staircase was personally designed by the DC design & construction team.

This dining room received a new mantle, A tile hearth, A custom bench for the front of the bay window and crown molding throughout. A unique approach to outdoor decking. This no-rail "open" decking adds a simple, clean style to the backyard and really opens up the deck to the rest of the garden. It's great for a family who enjoys entertaining a lot in the summer time.
